- Sapo POS does not have admin rights to this site.
When you first connected your Facebook Account to Sapo POS, you may not have selected all the pages that you want to manage. This may cause your page to not display. You can easily deal with this problem by following these steps:
- Click here to access your list of Facebook Apps.
- At Sapo POS, click “View and edit”
- Scroll down and make sure the permission buttons are fully ticked.

- Step 2: When you choose instagram and your account meets the criteria, you will go through the steps to grant permission with your instagram account on Facebook. After verifying your account, you will be able to check the Facebook pages and Instagram accounts that you need to connect.
- Step 3: After making the connection, the system will retrieve the conversations of the instagram account within the last 3 months.
The basic functions of Instagram that are different from fanpages include:
- Support replying to messages, comments in the form of text, images, emoji, creating orders, editing orders, configuring accounts...
- It is not supported to send function buttons (For example: Send products, send sales invoices, send product details, send order details links...)
- Does not yet support automatic feedback tools, live sales on instagram.
